01- How do I change my proxy settings?
Changing your proxy settings is a very easy process, and you don't have to be connected to the internet!
  1. Open up Internet Explorer
  2. Go up to the menu bar and click "Tools."
  3. At the bottom of the list is "Internet Options," click on it



  4. A new window will open up with a series of tabs at the top. Click on the "Connections" tab



  5. On the right hand side of the window should now be a series of buttons. Click on the "Settings" tab



  6. Near the bottom of the window should now be two places where you can type information that are labeled "Address" and "Port."
    In the "Address" space type: proxy.lewiscounty.com
    In the "Port" space type: 3128
